Events and Announcements
We couldn’t be happier with the 100th Annual Washington Square Tree lighting. Stilt-walkers, giant sock puppets, kids makeup and Santa galore. And of course the 40th year of the Rob Susman Quarter leading us in song with our vocalist Linseigh Green. Here’s a video for you to enjoy. Thank you to our wonderful sponsors including NYU, Wegmans and Douglas H. Evans and Sarah Cogan!
Our representative have lost sight of the public safety crisis for residents. We demand immediate action from our representatives including reforming the disastrous Discovery regulation of 2019, detaining those that litter needles on our streets, coordinating DHS, Sanitation and Parks, and properly funding the NYPD 6th precinct. See the devastating photos of living in today's Greenwich Village
